3 ripe hass avocados

1/2-3/4 cups chopped red onion

1-2 chopped jalapeños (depends on how spicy you want it)

1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2-3/4 cup fresh chopped Cilantro

3 cloves crushed garlic

¼ teaspoon cumin

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


Deseed and scoop the avocados into a mixing bowl.

Add the chopped red onion, jalapeño, garlic, cilantro and mix with the avocados. Add lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin. Mix until slightly creamy.

Press plastic wrap on top of the guacamole so there is no air, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then serve.
