Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/3 cup lime juice ( about 3 limes)
2 tablespoons yellow miso paste
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon ginger paste or grated ginger
1/4 cup liquid aminos
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons sesame oil
8 squirts hot sauce, or 1 teaspoon chili paste
2 tablespoons water
2 garlic cloves, pressed
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
