We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping will be at your expense.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Cancellation/Refund Policy For Immersions, Retreats, Sessions, Classes, and Events
1. Be sure you are committed before booking an immersion, retreat, session, class, or event, as these online sales booked on www.thisisgaiatree.com are non-refundable (read #2 to transfer the credit to another program).
2. If you have paid online for one of GaiaTree’s offerings (that is not the botanical product line) & for some reason you are not able to attend the event you have booked, the EQUAL amount paid will be credited towards any other offerings by GaiaTree (future retreats, immersions, private sessions, online courses, events, etc). This credit must be used within 6 months time.
3. You must give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling, changing or rescheduling a private session. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for the session.
